The Application Center contains information needed to apply for
development projects. The application process takes place online through
MyGovernmentOnline.
The document container below contains the information you need. Each application type includes a list of materials required with
your application. Submitting an incomplete application will delay your
review time.
Please note, the City requires a Certificate of Completeness for the
submittal of Subdivision-related applications and maintains a submittal
calendars for Plat and Subdivision Construction Plan (infrastructure)
applications.
If your property is located within the Bee Cave City Limits, it is
subject to all City ordinances. If it is in the City's Extraterritorial
Jurisdiction, it is subject to Non-Point Source Pollution (water
quality), Platting/Subdivision, and Signage regulations and nuisance
control only.
